Job Description
A. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight
Act as the Principal Officer as defined by IFSCA regulations for IIO entities
Ensure full compliance with all applicable laws
IFSCA Insurance Intermediaries & Reinsurance Entity Regulations
Serve as the primary point of contact for IFSCA and other regulatory bodies
Oversee regulatory filings, returns, audits, and inspections


B. Strategic Leadership & Business Development
Lead the setup, operations, and strategic direction of the organisation's GIFT City branch
