Principal – Private National School

Randstad is representing a well-established private national school in search of a Principal to oversee its Malaysian National Curriculum. This position is responsible for the supervision of the school's staff and students, as well as overall administrative and academic management. The primary objective is to enhance student learning outcomes through the strategic deployment of resources within company guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities

• Drive promotional and marketing initiatives to meet admission targets and maintain student turnover. Foster strong, cooperative relationships with parents, competitors, and local community groups.
• Relate educational objectives to classroom practices to maintain high student learning outcomes. Conduct fortnightly classroom observations, analyze assessment data, and oversee curriculum execution.
