About the Role

As a Principal Product Designer on Questbank, you lead design across our consumer banking platform: everyday banking, lending, onboarding, money movement. Questbank isn’t a standalone app; it’s part of an integrated platform that spans investing, financing, and banking. You’ll work across teams and product boundaries to drive design vision across the platform, not just within banking.

This is a senior IC role with org‑wide influence. You’ll partner directly with Product and Engineering leaders to shape what we build, how we build it, and what quality looks like. You’ll take on the most complex, ambiguous problems, the ones that span multiple teams and don’t have an obvious answer, and bring clarity, direction, and craft.
