What you'll do:
- Operate as the most senior IC in Product, working horizontally across the company’s most important strategic bets and ensuring they reinforce each other rather than compete.
- Frame the highest-stakes product decisions facing the company and help the organization make better bets, especially when the data doesn’t give a clean answer.
- Partner with the VP of Product as a strategic thought partner on company-level product direction.
- Go deep when it matters; shaping a critical flow, pressure-testing a team’s strategy, or reframing how we think about a problem.
