The Principal Solutions Architect leads Sprinklr’s most complex and strategic enterprise engagements, setting architectural direction at scale and serving as a senior technical authority across AI driven customer engagement initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Act as a trusted executive advisor to Sprinklr’s largest and most complex enterprise customers.
Own end-to-end architectural strategy for largescale, multiyear transformation programs.
Define enterprise standards for AI, data, CCaaS, and omnichannel customer engagement architectures.
Serve as the final escalation point for complex integration, data, and AI challenges.
Influence Sprinklr’s product and platform roadmap through deep customer insight.
Establish reference architectures and best practices across the global SA organization.
Mentor Lead and Senior Solutions Architects and elevate technical excellence.
