Description
: You are main point of accountability for all statistical programming and analysis (SPA) performance and delivery for a clinical product or disease area, ensuring that portfolio deliverables across the product lifecycle meet the required standards for quality, compliance, and timelines. 
What you will do: 
You will lead the SPA strategy and execution across/within products in clinical development, ensuring alignment with critical stakeholders and regulatory commitments.

You will foster an open and timely feedback culture within the SPA product team including identifying opportunities for recognition and continuous growth/skills development.

You will explore opportunities to drive innovation and continuous improvement leveraging advanced tools, technologies and AI.

You will be expected to participate in industry forums and working groups to shape best SPA practices in drug development.
