Support the planning and prioritisation of system initiatives, aligning with business and operational needs. Lead the delivery of system enhancements and upgrades, including requirements, implementation, testing, and stabilisation. Oversee daily operations of IT systems to ensure reliability, timely issue resolution, and service performance.
