Printing Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities Machine Operationso Operate rotogravure and flexo printing machines efficiently and ensure optimalprinting quality.o Set up machines before shifts begin, including loading raw materials and inks. Printing & Productiono Prepare and follow printing schedules as per daily production planning.o Conduct regular quality checks during production to ensure bags meet requiredspecifications.o Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain quality and productivity. Maintenance & Troubleshootingo Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.o Report any mechanical issues immediately to maintenance or factory management.o Assist in minor repairs and troubleshooting to minimise downtime.
