Prison Peer Mentor Program Lead

Change Grow Live is seeking a Peer Mentor Coordinator to support individuals across the Sheppey Cluster of prisons. You'll lead recruitment, training, and administration for peer mentors, ensuringeffective involvement in various programs.

This role requires an understanding of substance misuse issues and working within a prison environment. The position offers 25 days of annual leave plus benefits including training opportunities and a contributory pension scheme.
