Private Client Legal Assistant

A well-established, multi-office regional law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant to join its Private Client department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a genuine interest in Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) to support a busy and highly regarded team.

This role progresses down the Legal Secretary pathway and as such will not consider individuals looking to become Paralegals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with private client matters including Wills, LPAs, Probate, and Trusts
• Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
• Submitting LPA and Grant of Probate applications online
• Supporting client meetings and maintaining strong client relationships
• Providing additional support to the probate team as required
