Requirements

Experience in real estate sales (Dubai market preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Fluent in English (Arabic, Romanian, Russian, Chinese are a plus)
