Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload focusing on probate and trust administration, while handling occasional wills and powers of attorney.
• Contribute to departmental strategy through team meetings and participate in process development.
• Support process development and participate in departmental management discussions.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with 3–5 years PQE in private client law.
• In-depth experience handling probate and trust matters.
