Key Responsibilities:
Managing the administration of executries and trusts, including both straightforward and complex estates
Advising clients on succession planning, inheritance tax, and related private client matters
Drafting legal documentation and correspondence in connection with executries and trust work
Managing your own caseload, proactively progressing matters and liaising with clients and third parties
Maintaining regular client contact, both in person and remotely, and managing client expectations
Working collaboratively with colleagues to support team delivery and shared workloads
