Problem Solving Leader Mex

Objective Responsible for leading the structured resolution of internal and external quality issues at the organizational level in Mexico.
Works closely with Manufacturing Technology Leaders and plant process engineering teams.
Oversees a small team and serves as a technical reference in problem analysis and resolution methodologies.
The role includes defining corrective actions, structuring the problem-solving process within the organization, generating executive reports, and contributing to the development of technical standards through improvement projects.
