Problem Solving Specialist, Shainin ExpertPosition Type: Full-timeResponsibilitiesMentor, train and develop associates as Problem Solving Leaders or Sponsors following strategic thinking and a structured method to find and eliminate technical and managerial root causes.Support Value Stream organizations by coaching Problem Solving Teams to fix critical and repetitive problems.Coordinate Project selection criteria through the Steering Committee (VS, MSE, Plant level) based on how Plant Indicators are affected; assure that selected projects have all resources assigned (Leader, Sponsor, time, etc).
Coach Problem Solving techniques and strategic thinking; conduct periodic project status reviews with sponsors and leaders.Maintain and track JuP1 personnel trained and certified in Problem Solving Methodologies, and the projects implemented by these associates.Track Problem Solving Projects (status, savings, next steps, etc).
