Responsibilities:
Manager who will lead the advancement of AI-based process optimization, data-driven manufacturing innovation, and Industrial Engineering (IE) across our semiconductor laser production lines.
Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML models for yield improvement, anomaly detection, and process optimization
Promote data-driven decision-making by building dashboards, automated analysis tools, and data pipelines
Identify and execute manufacturing improvement projects focusing on cycle-time reduction, bottleneck removal, and process stability
Collaborate with product, quality, and process engineering teams to implement integrated manufacturing solutions
Expected Background:
Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field
