As a leader of Natural Work Group, responsible to looks after Pre-treatment-E-coat and E-coat preparation and to achieve zone's internal measurable such as Safe work environment, Quality, FTT, Production Rate, Cost, Job versatility, Training and development, etc. Quality - Responsible to achieve zero defect through standardizing the operations, motivating & supporting operators and close monitoring of the process parameters.
