Process Control Manager

Job Description :

•To be expert in technology of the plant. Work closely with production team/ lab team and automation engineering to indentify process/ equipment control points to maximize the benefits of process, equipment and incoming materials. •Build and manage control systems for incoming materials, processes and finished products. •Key person to satisfy customers of quality controls, work with customers/ sales and marketing/ customer service to deal with complaints. •Train/ coach employees for process improvements. •Understand and improve quality of products vs. competitors. •Follow the rules and standards of EHS management system. •Ability to work with oversea experts to learn and share best practices. •Leader of quality standard/ lab compliances. •Use World Class Manufacturing tools for problems solving and improvements of process.
