Process Control Section Manager

You will be responsible to lead and coordinate all process change activities to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient implementation of changes across manufacturing and supporting operations. The role ensures that process modifications are thoroughly assessed, approved, documented, communicated, and deployed in alignment with STMicroelectronics standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations.

• Lead the Process Change Management section and supervise team members involved in change review, coordination, and execution.
• Own the end-to-end process change lifecycle from request intake and impact analysis to approval, implementation, validation, and closure.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality systems, customer-specific requirements, and applicable industry standards.
