RESPONSIBILITIES• Programs, supports, and troubleshoots local control logic, HMI displays and supporting technology (networks, remote communications/protocols and metering) to meet operational, economic, and regulatory objectives. This includes systems such as Distributed Control Systems (DCS), SCADA platforms, and HMI applications (e.g., DeltaV, Ignition, GeoSCADA, Wonderware, or equivalent). • Maintains C&E and controls narrative documentation through the MOC process; utilizes this documentation to support and sign-off FAT and SAT tests. Documentation may include control narratives, cause‑and‑effect matrices, and control logic descriptions for DCS, SCADA, and RTU‑based systems.
