QUALIFICATION
Experience in preparing Quotation based on customer drawings
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Quote Engineer in the precision hardware and machinery processing industry
Expertise in cost accounting for precision machining, with the ability to quickly and accurately calculate total cost based on technical drawings and process requirements.
Profound knowledge of core manufacturing processes: CNC machining (milling/turning), stamping, electroplating and familiarity with auxiliary processes (e.g. grinding, deburring, assembly).
Strong ability to read and interpret complex 2D/3D Technical drawings ( CAD, Solidworks, etc.) and translate them into feasible production plans.
Proven experience in sample production management, including coordinating resources for fast sample fabrication and proficient use of measuring instruments to validate sample quality.
