Process Engineer, Metrology

The metrology process operations engineer is responsible for overseeing and optimizing metrology processes in a manufacturing environment. The engineer ensures accurate measurement and calibration of metrology equipment. Responsibilities include: Manage ROCC operators for CDSem Manage ROCC operations and coverage for CDSem Create new product recipes for thickness and CD Develop Metrology tool crisis plans Collaborate with Production, Process and Equipment owners to develop tool downtime mitigation plans Arrange Metrology technicians' coverage and training Support and follow-up on activities related to capacity, production moves, and cycle time & out-put YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field.
