Job Descriptions
- Develop, optimize, and improve machining processes for CNC production lines to achieve productivity, quality, and cost targets.
- Perform CNC machine tuning, parameter adjustment, and process optimization to improve cycle time, machining accuracy, and machine efficiency.
- Create, modify, and maintain CNC programs for machining operations including turning, milling, drilling, and grinding processes.
- Troubleshoot machining issues related to tooling, cutting conditions, machine parameters, dimensional accuracy, surface finishing, and machine performance.
