**Objective of the Position**- Startup and parameterization of several technologies as part of project industrialization and create training concepts- Implementation and planning of several technologies in the plastics engineering Injection Molding sector molding as part of project industrialization, also offering support of series production.
**Principal activities**- Cooperate in optimizing existing processes and in developing new processes.
- Recognize and eliminate weak areas and develop suggestions to eliminate them.
- Provide advice in planning, selection and procurement of equipment, taking into account internal standards and user-specific requirements.
- Conduct the parameterization and creation of the appropriate data sheets, under consideration of the design specifications.
- Determine causes of defects/failures in complex equipment with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, etc. components; if necessary by using diagnostic systems.
