Job Description
Convert both bias and radial tire building requirements into robust and optimized process specifications with needed manufacturing suit. Ensure process stability, minimize scrap, and improve green tire quality and uniformity performance. Support continuous improvement of whole tire building process & machine and enable efficient introduction of new products. Key success measures include Safety, Bias & Radial tire building Process capability & stability (Cp/Cpk), Rlevant Scrap reduction and loss management, TBM efficiency performance (cycle time, OEE), New product industrialization success.
Follow internal ESH standards and demonstrate exemplary behavior.
Initiate preventive measures and immediate responses to unsafe conditions.
Ensure green tire quality meets internal standards and customer requirements.
Support internal & external audits and implement improvement plans.
