Role Purpose
Lead and manage a team of process engineers responsible for assembly, cable assembly, molding/overmolding, and manufacturing processes for power connectors and cable assemblies. Ensure strong execution across product development, production line transfer, and sustaining manufacturing while driving manufacturability (DFM/DFA), process stability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage and develop the Senior Process Engineer, Cable Assembly Process Engineer, Molding/Overmolding Process Engineer, and Assembly Process Engineer
- Provide technical and execution leadership across product development, NPI, line transfer, and sustaining manufacturing
- Ensure strong collaboration with Product Development, Fixture Design, and Test Engineering teams
