Collaborates with site or corporate group teams to develop and implement a continuous improvement roadmap. Improves processes using lean tools. Focuses on measurable business results and governance. Utilizes skills to facilitate improvement and simplification of processes at the site. Actively promotes Panduit's key initiatives, including Safety, Culture of Accountability (PIL), Training Within Industry (TWI), and Best Practice Sharing.
