As a Process Improvement Senior Associate within the Talent Enablement – Design & Execution team, you will focus on building and enhancing modern digital platforms and front‑end experiences, with a secondary responsibility for data workflow automation. You will drive organizational objectives and support a wide range of business partners across COS.
