- Lead end-to-end redesign and implementation of core business processes, including Order-to-Cash (sales & revenue cycle), Procure-to-Pay (vendor & purchasing cycle), Inventory Management & Warehouse Flows, and Treasury & Cash Management.
- Align business processes with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ensure transactions are executed through systems rather than spreadsheets.
- Collaborate closely with technology and ERP teams to configure workflows, controls, and system-driven processes.
- Strengthen internal controls by implementing Segregation of Duties (SoD), Delegation of Authority (DoA), maker-checker & reconciliation controls.
