This is a hands‑on, site‑based role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring stable operations, optimising plant performance, and driving continuous improvement across a live biogas facility.
The Role
As Process Leader, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving the biological and technical performance of the plant. You’ll be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimising the anaerobic digestion process while ensuring compliance with site permits and operational targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and adjusting key process parameters (loading rates, retention time, pH, temperature, gas yield) to maintain optimal performance
- Conducting routine SCADA reviews and site audits to identify and resolve issues
