About the Role:

This is a long-term hands-on manufacturing position supporting the production of high-quality rubber and plastic products. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Duties include:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Using hand tools and assisting with sanding, spray painting, and product finishing
• Conducting quality checks and maintaining production records
• Loading materials and preparing finished products for dispatch
• Following workplace safety procedures and supporting daily production targets

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or a similar environment is highly regarded
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, or working in a spray booth environment
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting (up to 30kg)
