Process Optimization Analyst

CHRISTUS Excellence and Innovation Center is looking for a Performance Analyst to analyze and optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will document workflows, identify inefficiencies, and support improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance.

Key responsibilities include using process modeling tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and at least 2 years of Lean Six Sigma experience are required.
