Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor, control, and report operational performance of the process plant
- Lead and supervise the operation of the process plant effectively focusing on safety, quality, efficiency, and recovery
- Lead and control all process plant processes
- Timely reporting & updating of Metallurgical Log Sheets for data capture and data integrity
- Ensure adherence to the company’s Health and Safety working environment for employees under your supervision
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of three years of industrial work experience working in mineral processing environment.
- Experience in Gold Processing Techniques - Gravity Concentration, CIP & CIL.
