Job Purpose: 
To provide business support on software and renewal platform processes and become a ‘centre of excellence’ for a specific product or technology group.
Responsibilities:
Ability to focus on specific processes and identify areas for improvement
Provision of an outstanding quality service
Manage User Acceptance Test (UAT) cycles and ensure data and test scripts are available
Support business with UAT and ensure timely completion
Develop a high level of product knowledge, technically aware and has the ability to provide complete solutions
Ability to prioritize and resolve customer care issues
Promote and drive business through TD SYNNEX’s e-commerce tools
Recognition and appropriate escalation of potential problems
Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Development Managers and business specialists regarding changes to processes and platform
