**Skills & Qualifications Required**
- Has/Pursuing Undergraduate Degree with at least 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Minimum Process Tenure(Internal): 2 years
- Able to perform basic case processing expectations
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert
- Manage internal process escalations
- Ability to conduct the following tasks:
- Provide support for new hires
- Supplemental QA check
