Process Manager

Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence in equipment usage, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee high-productivity processes and perform preventative/corrective maintenance.
- Lead technical improvements in machine optimization, maintenance systems, and cost-saving ideas.
- Implement company policies, troubleshoot moulding issues, and mentor employees.
- Liaise with toolroom for mould/machine requirements.
- 10+ years' experience in plastic manufacturing and injection machine setup.
- Tertiary qualification required.
