**What We're Looking For**

We're seeking a Customer Service Processing Technician I. This is a customer service-focused position located on-site at the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) Oversize/Overweight Permit Unit in Garner, North Carolina.
Primary Focus Will Include:
* Providing excellent customer service
* Utilizing mapping and other software applications
* Processing phone and online permit applications for NCDOT Oversize/Overweight Permit Unit
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Evaluates the state highway system infrastructure for proposed routing of specialty vehicles requiring permits such as oversize and/or overweight trucks.
+ Utilizes mapping and other software applications to analyze and evaluate maps, bridge weight, and clearance data. Interprets truck route ordinance and establishes safe routing...
