  • Building and nurturing strong, strategic partnerships with our (key) suppliers Communication & negotiation: local point of contact between our organisation and assigned (key) suppliers

  • Assist in regular supplier audits (compliance, contractual obligations/agreements, ethical practices, supplier accountability and performance) 

  • Assist with negotiate supplier agreements (keeping in mind cost and quality), monitor the contract performance and identify opportunities for renegotiation and improvement 

  • Proactively identify and resolve supplier-related issues, minimizing disruptions, collaborating cross functional and globally

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, introduce innovative supplier practices, reduce complexity, maintain the supplier data in a globally consistent way throughout the systems etc. 

  • Assist as needed and have a positive and open line of communication with other affiliate companies
