Procurement Analyst

Job Purpose

The Procurement Analyst is a GCC‑based role primarily focused on data‑driven sourcing support and analytics, enabling effective strategic sourcing and category management decisions across global spend categories.

Approximately 70% of the role is focused on data analysis and insights, supporting Senior Sourcing Analysts and Category Leads through spend analysis, supplier profiling, and performance reporting. The remaining 30% of the role provides exposure to hands‑on sourcing execution, including ownership of low‑complexity sourcing initiatives and RFPs under guidance.

This role is designed as a developmental position, building strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder engagement capabilities, with a clear growth path toward Senior Sourcing Analyst and Sourcing Manager roles within Assurant’s global sourcing organization
