Job Description
Our client is seeking a professional and detail-oriented temporary
Procurement Associate to join our team onsite in Miami five days a week. In this
capacity, you will provide critical support to internal customers across all business
divisions, managing the procurement of all non-garment corporate requirements—an
annual spend totaling approximately $10 million. Your core responsibilities will include
the end-to-end management of the purchasing process, from creating POs and
executing Amazon procurement to reconciling orders and ensuring all requesters’ needs
are met with precision. The ideal candidate will be adept at maintaining vendor relations
to guarantee timely deliveries, accurately coding invoices, and meticulously updating
daily purchase logs to ensure operational excellence across our supply chain.
