Procurement Associate

Purpose

As a Procurement Associate, you will be the custodian for monitoring the performance of the functional processes, as well as performing surveillance and assessment of supplier outstanding commitments and delivery timelines through the order book process, in a thriving NPI and OEM / AFM (Spares) environment.

Fulfilment of the above will require you to assume accountability for collating, managing and transforming complex data into meaningful and value added performance information. This will assist the function in managing process and supplier performance, actioning insights and making informed decisions, through various governance practices.

Collaborating closely with Procurement Project Specialists and Commodity Buyers will be a fundamental element of the role, to ensure key stakeholders are fully enabled and empowered to drive actions that mitigate delivery risk and resolve delivery issues.
