Procurement & Compliance Executive

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure procurement activities comply with Halal, ISO 22000:2018, ESG, and internal governance standards, including sourcing Halal-certified products and services. Manage Halal certificates, supplier documentation, sustainability records and regulatory fillings, ensuring compliance with HalMQ requirements and internal policies. Conduct Halal inspections, supplier audits, and compliance reviews, implementing corrective actions where required. Support Halal licensing applications, renewals, and regulatory coordination with the Halal Team Leader, relevant authorities, and appointed consultants. Coordinate purchasing operations, including supplier onboarding, purchase orders, logistics coordination, and inventory support across outlets and central kitchen. Support sourcing and tender exercises to secure cost-effective and sustainable supply of goods and services.
