Responsible to coordinate new and replacement equipment and service contracts for Calgary Co-opand it’s wholly owned subsidiaries. Provide support to obtain the best service and pricing for all equipment purchases and service contracts. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
Proactively build and maintain relationships with internal operations clients and external suppliers to obtain the best service and pricing available.
Annual audit of vendor service level satisfaction with internal clients. 
Tendering of new, existing contracts and expiring contracts. Responsible for compiling and issuing tender packages, negotiating, and providing recommendations on contract agreements, and auditing, monitoring and evaluating the division’s fiscal practices activities and legal requirements.
