Procurement Coordinator (Coquitlam)

AG Care is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our growing team. The role supports the production process and brand growth goals by ensuring the right inventory is at the right place at the right time.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and confirm purchase orders for packaging and ingredients (per guidance from Director); follow up on all late or partial orders
• Use planning and project management tools to create, manage and confirm artwork updates and purchase orders for labels and shippers; follow up on all late or partial orders (Independent work)
• Ensure purchase order documents are accurate and up to date for receiving and accounts payable
• Manage and track shipments for on-time delivery
• Troubleshoot and problem‑solve material shortages or late deliveries; ensure prompt communication; communicate and elevate any risk regarding production schedule
