Our client is a global industrial and energy company focused on innovation, sustainability, and empowering communities. They are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to support projects by ensuring timely, cost-effective, and ethical procurement of goods and services.
Role Purpose To source materials, equipment, and services at the right price, time, quantity, and quality — either directly or on behalf of project teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesSource and procure goods and services for projects Identify and manage suppliers Handle purchase orders, contracts, and invoices Support project teams with procurement planning and reporting Prepare and evaluate tenders Use ERP systems to manage procurement data Ensure compliance with governance, safety, and environmental standards Respond to internal and external queries Assist with procurement administration and documentation
