Job Description
Support procurement activities for marine and topside EPC packages within an oil & gas environment, ensuring alignment with client specifications and approved procurement strategy.Source, prequalify, and propose bidders from the approved vendor list, with strong focus on marine contractors, offshore fabrication yards, and specialized oil & gas suppliers.Ensure all Supplier Pre-Qualification and Technical Evaluations are conducted in full compliance with client procedures and project requirements.Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Marine, and Project Controls teams to ensure RFQ packages include complete technical, commercial, contractual, and HSE requirements with proper flow-down.Prepare, issue, and manage RFQs for marine works (e.g., piling, dredging, jetty/pier structures, offshore installation) and topside materials/equipment, ensuring clarity and compliance.Challenge and optimize procurement...
