Job Description

The Procurement Engineer – Mechanical is responsible for managing the day‑to‑day procurement of mechanical and HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ductwork, ventilation systems, controls, and all related accessories.
The role focuses on preparing RFQs, conducting technical and commercial evaluations, and coordinating effectively with Material Engineers, suppliers, Engineering, and Site teams. The position ensures timely procurement, full technical compliance, and cost control for all mechanical and HVAC packages.
Execute the procurement of HVAC systems and materials, including:ChillersBoilersPumpsFansPipes and ductsOther related HVAC components
Prepare RFQs and RFPs with accurate scope, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and draft contract documents.
Coordinate with the Material Engineer on:Material submittalsPQ (Pre‑Qualification) documentsTechnical compliance matrices
