Procurement Executive

The role supports the Procurement Manager by managing product sales performance and yield studies for fresh categories, driving supplier relations, sales monitoring, and promotional activities to meet business KPIs.

• Manage supplier and contracted partner relationships to ensure reliable supply and maintain product quality
• Monitor product sales, margins, mix, range, and promotions to achieve pre-set KPIs
• Oversee standing orders, central purchase orders, and direct supplies to maintain consistent inventory flow
• Collaborate with stakeholders to customize product mix for improved financial returns
• Coordinate onsite offers, thematic promotions, and publicized campaigns on press and social media to meet management KPIs
