Procurement Executive (Temp)

6 months Contract. Monday – Friday (8 am to 5:30 pm). West Camp Road/ 3-4 days WFH (subject to future changes). Salary: Up to $3200 + PB.

• Work closely with requestors to establish a well‑defined scope for effective and efficient sourcing.
• Source from qualified and reliable sources to meet requirements and specifications.
• Confidently engage suppliers and negotiate for the best deal for the company.
• Perform supply chain cost analysis and implement cost efficient and effective purchasing strategies.
• Establish pricing for RFQ and support users' activities.
• Well versed in contractual T&C and establish contracts with key suppliers.
• Ability to interpret within established procedures (including regulatory requirements) and practices.
