Responsibilities
Reporting to the Team Leader, the Procurement Expert we seek shall ensure effective and efficient operation under his/ her responsibilities. He/ She shall ensure that all parts are processed on time, correct source planning, parts development, competitive price approval and continuous supplies to specified end-users.
- Control, process and manage supplier Purchase Order
- Control and monitor temporary price encoded to CIGMA system
- Manage and control encoding of final price to CIGMA system
- Monitor & compile MSDS report for chemical purchase from supplier
